ZOEMO（Kodai Kawazoe）は、空間音響、ブラウザ上の音響システム、フィールドレコーディング、コミッション形式の音響設計、ラジオ、DJパフォーマンスを横断して活動するサウンドアーティスト／電子音楽実践者である。5系統の離散出力を想定した8トラックのブラウザ楽器《Spatial Smart Sampler》を制作。iconによる5chライブ作品《つもり》では、ステレオ・フィールド録音をもとに作曲・音素材制作を行い、Ableton Liveによるシーケンスと空間ルーティング、音響システム設計、5本すべてのスピーカー配置・計測、当日のライブ操作を担当した。九州大学芸術工学研究院・音響設計部門のDANCプログラムでTechnical Staffを務めている。
PROFILE
ZOEMO (Kodai Kawazoe) is a sound artist and electronic music practitioner whose work spans spatial audio, browser-based sound systems, field recording, commissioned sound design, radio, and DJ performance. He created Spatial Smart Sampler, an eight-track browser instrument designed for five discrete output channels. For Tsumori, a five-channel live work by icon, he composed and produced sound material from stereo field recordings, created the sequence and spatial routing in Ableton Live, designed the sound system, positioned and measured all five speakers, and handled live operation on the day. He serves as Technical Staff for the DANC program in the Acoustic Design division of Kyushu University’s Faculty of Design.
